How to Stream Ray-Ban Meta Glasses to TikTok
Stream live video from Ray-Ban Meta glasses to TikTok with MetaLensAI. This guide shows how to use TikTok LIVE Center, copy your TikTok Server URL and Stream Key, configure the TikTok RTMP preset in MetaLensAI, and go live directly from your Meta Ray-Ban Smart Glasses.
Use this guide when your TikTok account has LIVE access and can use external streaming software or RTMP credentials.
Before you start
TikTok RTMP access is account-dependent. Prepare your TikTok account, phone, and glasses before copying any streaming credentials.
- Your TikTok account is eligible to go LIVE.
- Your TikTok account shows external streaming software, Live Studio, PC/console, or RTMP options.
- Ray-Ban Meta glasses are connected to your phone.
- MetaLensAI is installed and ready to stream.
- Your phone has a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection with enough upload bandwidth.
MetaLensAI cannot unlock TikTok LIVE or RTMP access. If TikTok does not show Server URL and Stream Key fields for your account, you need to resolve that inside TikTok first.
1. Confirm TikTok LIVE and RTMP access
TikTok LIVE is not available to every account in every region. TikTok says creators must be old enough to go LIVE and meet a local follower threshold. For external encoders, TikTok may show a Live Studio, PC/console, streaming software, or RTMP option only on eligible accounts.
- Open the TikTok app and tap the + button.
- Swipe to LIVE.
- Look for a Live Studio, PC/console, Cast to PC, streaming software, or RTMP option.
- If the option is missing, check TikTok eligibility and account status before configuring MetaLensAI.

2. Open TikTok LIVE Center
On accounts with desktop or RTMP access, TikTok LIVE Center can generate the Server URL and Stream Key for the current live session.
- Open tiktok.com in a desktop browser and sign in.
- Open livecenter.tiktok.com/producer, or use the Go LIVE entry from your TikTok profile if available.
- Create the live session with a clear title and the right category.
- When TikTok opens the stream dashboard, keep that page open so you can verify the incoming preview.
In many TikTok desktop flows, creating the live session opens the dashboard and credentials, but the public broadcast still depends on receiving video from your encoder.
3. Copy TikTok Server URL and Stream Key
In TikTok LIVE Center or TikTok LIVE tools, find the stream settings area and copy both values generated for the current session:
- Server URL - the TikTok RTMP or RTMPS ingest URL.
- Stream Key - the private key that authorizes streaming to your TikTok account.
Keep your TikTok Stream Key private. If TikTok generates a new key for each session, update MetaLensAI with the fresh key before starting the next live stream.
4. Configure TikTok in MetaLensAI
- Open MetaLensAI on your phone.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- In Streaming Platform, select TikTok.
- Open Stream URL. Use Default (TikTok) if TikTok accepts the default MetaLensAI URL.
- If TikTok shows a different Server URL, choose Customize URL and paste the exact Server URL from TikTok.
- Open TikTok Stream Key, paste the Stream Key copied from TikTok, and save.
Paste only the Server URL into Stream URL and only the Stream Key into TikTok Stream Key. MetaLensAI combines them when starting the RTMP stream.
MetaLensAI includes this TikTok default Stream URL:
rtmps://push-rtmp-global.tiktok.com/live
Use Customize URL only when TikTok gives your account a different Server URL for the live session.
5. Start streaming to TikTok
- Return to the MetaLensAI Home screen.
- Tap Go Live on TikTok.
- Open TikTok LIVE Center and confirm that the preview is receiving video from your Ray-Ban Meta glasses.
- Confirm your TikTok title, category, visibility, moderation, and comments settings before going public.
- Keep the phone close to the glasses while streaming.
MetaLensAI sends the live video feed from your Ray-Ban Meta glasses to TikTok using the Server URL and Stream Key from your TikTok account.
Troubleshooting TikTok RTMP streaming
- If you do not see Server URL and Stream Key in TikTok, your account may not have RTMP or external encoder access yet.
- If TikTok does not receive the stream, copy the Server URL and Stream Key again from the current TikTok LIVE session.
- If TikTok shows a Server URL different from the MetaLensAI default, use Customize URL in MetaLensAI.
- Do not paste a full combined URL with the key into the Stream URL field. Keep URL and key in separate fields.
- Remove extra spaces before or after the Server URL and Stream Key.
- Use a stable network connection. TikTok live streaming is sensitive to upload speed and packet loss.
- If the stream starts and then drops, keep your phone close to the glasses. MetaLensAI receives data from the glasses over Bluetooth, so distance can interrupt the stream.
