Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using MetaLensAI, downloading and installing the application from APK, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Availability and early access

MetaLens AI is in active development. Features may change, be removed, or become unavailable, and the service may experience interruptions. We may modify or discontinue the app at any time.

APK distribution

Due to current Meta platform limitations, MetaLensAI cannot yet be published on the Play Store. The app is distributed directly as a safe APK file through our official download links. You are responsible for downloading from official sources only and for enabling any required device settings to install the APK.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your device and credentials secure, including any OpenAI API keys you use with the app.
• Use MetaLensAI in compliance with all applicable laws and third-party platform rules.
• Do not use the app for unlawful, harmful, or infringing activity.

Third-party services

MetaLensAI integrates with third-party services such as Meta smart glasses, YouTube, Twitch, and OpenAI. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or changes to their platforms.

Streaming and content

You are solely responsible for any content you stream or share using MetaLensAI. Ensure you have all necessary rights and permissions and comply with the rules of the platforms you stream to.

Open-source core and intellectual property

The core module of the project is open-source and available on GitHub under its applicable license. The MetaLensAI distributed application, including its specific implementation, design, and branding, property unless stated otherwise.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data. By using MetaLensAI, you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

MetaLensAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. You use the app at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of MetaLensAI.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to MetaLensAI if you violate these terms or if continued operation is no longer feasible. You may stop using the app at any time.
