Summary

MetaLensAI is a mobile application for Meta smart glasses. We only collect data needed to provide the service, improve performance, and keep the app secure.

Information we collect

• Provide and operate the MetaLensAI service.

AI processing and OpenAI

• Audio, text, and video data are used only for AI processing using your own OpenAI account and API key.
• No user data is uploaded to any third party for AI processing except OpenAI, which is required for AI processing.
• Your OpenAI API key is stored locally on your phone, is never logged, and is shared only with the OpenAI platform to enable AI processing.

Streaming to third-party platforms

When you stream to a selected platform (such as YouTube or Twitch), the app must transmit your stream key to that platform to authenticate and deliver your live stream. The stream key is used only to enable the stream you requested.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers that help us operate the app (hosting, analytics, customer support).
• Third-party platforms you choose to connect (such as streaming services).
• Authorities if required by law or to protect safety and security.
• Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.

Security

API communications use HTTPS encryption.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.

MetaLensAI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
