Android version requirement

If your Android version is too old, you may see the following error: There was a problem while parsing the package.

  • Android versions lower than 12 prevent the Meta Lens AI APK from being installed correctly on the device.

Update RayBan Meta glasses firmware to version 21 or newer

How to check your version

  • Update Meta AI App to the latest version.
  • Open Meta AI App on your phone.
  • Go to Settings by tapping the glasses icon.
  • Tap General -> About -> Version.
  • Confirm your version.
  • It must be Version 21 or newer.

How to update to latest version

  • Open Meta AI App on your phone.
  • Go to Settings by clicking icon of your glasses.
  • Tap Updates.
  • Click Check button.
